Nichts Fertiges / Nothing finished

At present I'm fooling around a bit and never get things finished. I don't mind, at the end of such foolings there will usually be a shawl or something else, so that's perfectly fine with me.

Therefore I'll show you two projects I did last year september on holidays.

Project 1 is made out of a cottonish yarn I've had for about 20 years, it moved several times together with me and now it found its destination. Unfortunately the picture doesn't show, that these are not three different shades of grey, but shaded white, green and some pale pink with green for the edgings. It's a simple raglan with polo collar. I didn't even have a measuring tape with me, but did it more or less in lucky guesswork measuring the work to a fitting sweater. Unfortunately the yarn pills a bit, but it works perfectly fine as a leasure thing.

The second sweater developed since I finished the first to quickly.

It is out of a cotton-viscose yarn in bluegreen and brown and has three-quarter sleeves. It is knitted across and has a very discrete pattern (every four rows purl every fourth stitch). There was not enough bluegreen, so I played with the combination with brown. I like best the half opposing colour pocket, it gives a special note to the sweater.
