Gelb-rote Phase | yellow-red phase

Well, at present knitting is not too well. Everything is a bit more laborious, since I tumbled about two weeks ago. The bruises (I put the picture at the end of the post, since it doesn't look very nice) are almost gone now, but the pain and reduced movability will remain for a while. It is highly recommended to watch where you're walking, let me tell you that.

Still I've got a bit to show (apart from the bruises). I seem to be at my yellow-red phase at the moment.

My last baby item is done. It's a Tomten-Jacket of Elizabeth Zimmermann. The Baby Surprise Jacket was more fun to knit, but that might also be due to the cillions of ends I had to darn in. Still, I like it.

Dann hatte ich ständig kalte Füße nachts, also mussten Bettschuhe her.

Then I had cold feet in bed, so I needed bedsocks. Those I was reluctant to display here, since they are stunningly beautiful - still I think I started this, so I do it. The design is Robin Foot (Ravelry). It's certainly not due to this design, still they look, well, ducklike. But they're warming my feet, so there you are.

Finally I knitted and felted wristwarmers from my lots and lots of kauni-scraps. I just knitted immensely huge things and threw them in the washing-machine. They are still a bit big so I will either sew them smaller (therefore the pins in the picture) or wash them again a bit hotter.

There is no picture of the second Pi Are Square, it is much like the first. I just knitted the lower border in one colour alone, since I didn't like this in the first one. That is now waiting for also a single-coloured border, but first I will have to finish the Meg Swansen-Cardigan.

And now with a pity-begging glance a picture of my injured arm (and I had to erase "sleeve", which might be another sign for me knitting too much).
